Double Hospitality’s growth journey continues with determination and is preparing to enter a new phase of development in 2027.
After strengthening its presence in key destinations such as the Romagna Riviera, Lake Garda and Tuscany, the Group is further expanding its footprint with three new openings that mark an important evolution in its entrepreneurial vision.
The new properties will be located in Verona, Rubiera (Reggio Emilia) and Folgaria, enabling Double Hospitality to enter new markets and broaden its portfolio of destinations.
The move into Verona marks the Group’s arrival in one of Italy’s most attractive cities for both tourism and business travel, a destination capable of welcoming visitors all year round thanks to its cultural heritage, trade fairs and conference activities.
The opening in Rubiera will strengthen the Group’s presence in a strategic area of Emilia-Romagna, characterised by a strong industrial and manufacturing base and a steady demand generated by the corporate segment and business travel.
Folgaria represents a further step towards diversifying the Group’s offering. With this new destination, Double Hospitality enters the mountain hospitality sector, expanding its portfolio with a property designed to attract travellers seeking wellness, nature and outdoor experiences.
These new openings confirm a development strategy focused on balanced and sustainable growth, based on enhancing local territories and identifying destinations with strong long-term potential.
The Group therefore continues its expansion journey across a wide range of destinations: lakeside resorts, seaside locations, art cities, business hubs and, from today, the mountains as well.
Each new acquisition is part of a broader project centred on quality management, innovation and the enhancement of local identities, while remaining true to the philosophy that has always distinguished Double Hospitality.
The openings planned for 2027 therefore mark a new chapter in the Group’s history: a growth journey that continues to expand, looking towards new opportunities and an increasingly diverse future within the Italian hospitality landscape.
