The Bulletin highlights Double Hospitality’s new phase of growth

Double Hospitality was featured in the October 9, 2026 edition of The Bulletin, with an in-depth article focusing on the Group’s growth and the strategies that will shape its development over the coming years.

The article highlights Double Hospitality’s latest results, with the Group closing 2025 with total revenue of €17.7 million, up €1.2 million compared with the previous year, while maintaining an EBITDAR margin of 34%. This growth has been driven both by new acquisitions across the Group’s main destination clusters and by improved performance across its existing properties.

Today, the Group’s portfolio includes 16 properties with a total of 682 rooms, five restaurants and two spas. During 2026, the portfolio expanded with Hotel Maderno, a 4-star, 31-room hotel on Lake Garda, and Le Pleiadi, a 25-room property in Bellaria-Igea Marina.

Looking ahead to 2027, Double Hospitality is preparing three new openings in Verona, Rubiera and Folgaria. The Folgaria property will also mark the Group’s debut in the mountain hospitality segment. At the same time, further projects are being developed in Gardone Riviera, Merano, Lido di Camaiore and Bellaria, two of them in partnership with BWH.

The strategy outlined by the Group focuses on progressive expansion through lease agreements, business branch rentals and direct property acquisitions, with particular attention to 3- and 4-star hotels selected for their commercial potential, structural quality and strategic market positioning.

By 2029, the goal is to reach 30 operating hotels, approximately 1,750 rooms and estimated revenue of €45 million, strengthening the Group’s presence in Italy while developing new opportunities in other European countries. The plan envisages an average expansion of four to five new properties per year.

The feature in The Bulletin represents further recognition of Double Hospitality’s development journey, built around growth, property enhancement and an increasingly diversified portfolio in terms of destinations and seasonality.
